Every Sunday at 9:30am

No egos, no stopwatches, just a Sunday morning run. Whether it's your first run in years or you're out every week, everyone's welcome.

We'll keep it social, have a laugh, and once we're done feel free to join us at Alfred's for coffee & brunch!
